Maria Neumann: Hi, I’m Maria from Water Damage Recovery, and I’m here with Michael. Michael is the ultimate maintenance guy. So, Michael, what happened that glorious night.
Michael Asip: Well, about 9:30, 10 o’clock at night, somebody decided to fix their own toilet on the 8th floor of a multi-story building. Unfortunately, they opened a 1 and a half inch pipe and flooded 8 storeys of building, including 25 individual apartments. Got here about 11 o’clock, looked around, realized we had a problem and called Water Damage Recovery. Then we had many many crews here within a couple of hours. That helped us remove the water, and more than that, placate the tenants.
The residents here were absolutely thrilled with what happened. Your team came in and took out carpets, moved furniture, took the water out vacuumed, did measurements, took water readings throughout each apartment, mapped out what was going to happen, and they were here constantly until the late afternoon the next day. It was amazing.
All I know is so far, you have over achieved everything you promised when we first met you. When you talked about if it was the 4th of July in the afternoon, you could have somebody on site, well so far we’ve never had anything on the 4th of July and I’m not looking for a problem, but so far, everything you’ve promised you’ve over achieved.
